The Siberian accommodates one single-dose, flared base pen alongside the cold gel bottle. If you need to carry more than one at a time, the Icelander is the case for you.

Freeze the cold gel bottle for 6–8 hours, then let it stand for 3–5 minutes before placing it inside.

Yes. TSA rules permit insulin, pens, syringes, and the gel or ice packs that keep them cold in your carry-on — they're exempt from the 3.4 oz liquid limit as medically necessary items, and gel packs are allowed even if they've partially melted. We recommend keeping your Siberian in your carry-on.

Didn't perform? That's a warranty claim, not a return — and it doesn't matter whether you've used it. If your Siberian arrives damaged or fails to hold temperature or stops working within a year, we replace it and we cover return shipping.
Using your cooler will never disqualify you from warranty coverage.

Yes — a one-year warranty from the date of purchase is included. The warranty may be voided by misuse or improper use, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper maintenance or cleaning, normal wear and tear, or accidental or external damage.
