InsulCool 1-Year Warranty

Every InsulCool cooler and case is covered for one year from the date of purchase.

What's covered. Manufacturing defects. Failure to hold temperature as described on the product page. Electronics that stop working — LCD displays, powered lids, USB components. Seals, lids, or closures that fail.

How to claim. Email contact@insulcoolproducts.com with your order number and a short description of what happened. A photo helps but isn't required. We'll respond within two business days. If it's covered, we will replace it and we send a prepaid return label. All warranty claims will be tested and verified.

You do not need to have kept the packaging, and the product does not need to be unused. A warranty claim is specifically for a product that has been used and didn't perform.

What isn't covered. Cosmetic wear from normal use — scratches, scuffs, faded printing. Damage from dropping, crushing, or submersion. Damage from unauthorized repair or modification. Damage from use outside the instructions, including submerging the LCD lid or putting any component in a dishwasher. Lost or stolen products.
